Everytime you want to binge, go wash your face, brush your teeth, stretch, do 10 sit ups, do a 20s plank, go for a walk, then paint your nails, drink 16oz of water, then add less than a teaspoon of honey under your tongue. Look at thinspo, then look at any calories you’ve already ate (if any) and then look at how you really want to look by the end of the year. Still want to binge?
I don’t care how I get there, be it starving, eating less, eating healthier, exercising, burning as many calories as possible, diet, healthy or unhealthy
I just want to lose the weight
I just want to be thin
It’s my body, I can do what I want with it, and I want this
1. Eat less than 1000 calories.
2. Work out for an hour every day (have one day tap out)
3. Eat healthy foods!!!!
4. Fast for like 10-13 hours.
5. NEVER eat after 7pm
6. Keep yourself busy and/or distracted from eating.
ITS THAT SIMPLE.

Stop eating that pasta or icecream and work out for half an hour. You don’t want flabby thin skin, you want a tight toned body, don’t you?
If you could wake up tomorrow at your UGW, perfect and thin, Thigh gap, collarbones, hip bones jutting out. Flat tummy, thin arms.
Everything you’ve ever wanted.
If you could wake up tomorrow perfect, but the only thing you had to do was eat clean and keep your calorie intake to a minimum just for TODAY, would you be able to do it?
Of course you would.
So all you have to do is tell yourself every single day that you’ll be perfect tomorrow morning if you don’t eat that cheeseburger. If you eat some fruit and drink some water instead.
And one of these days you’ll wake up and actually be there.

just out here to say that you don’t have to be thin to have an eating disorder and just because someone is thin doesn’t mean they have an eating disorder.
I live with my parents, so 2 meals a day is a must. If I don’t have those 2 meals they will freak out and force me to eat more and take me to a hospital. Last night I was reading about kpop stars diets and I realized something. Maybe I should split up those 2 meals into 4. I’ll be consuming the same number of calories but I’ll be burning more. So like at 1pm I could eat half of my lunch, and then I could eat the rest of it at 4pm. I’ll have done some physical activity to burn off those calories from before. Then I could have half of my dinner at 8pm and the other half at 11pm. I usually sleep at 3am so I can burn off those calories. This will help me control my binges too as I won’t be starving.
